Oscar Watch: Burlesque

 Christina Aguilera is hitting the big screen for the first time this fall in "Burlesque". The film finds Aguilera playing a small-town girl Alice, in hopes to become a famous dancer. Cher also makes a long awaited performance alongside Christina, who later plays her motherly role. The Legendary Diva co-stars as the Burlesque club owner X-Tina wants to work for. At first Christina's character Alice is shy and has a very difficult time proving she is a star on stage. But once she opens up her mouth and showcases her killer pipes, Burlesque officially begins. The film which also stars Stanley Tucci, Kristen Bell and Peter Gallagher, is set to hit theaters Thanksgiving Day. "Burlesque" is definately the film to watch and has been reviewing stellar reviews. My Fav of the 3 New Music Releases, Linkin Park is back with their 4th studio album "A Thousand Suns". The album deals in Nuclear Warfare and themes of War. The Album is really concept and sounds like something you would see in the Next Installments of Transformers. An Awesome Listen.

Marques Houston: Mattress Sex

Besides the fact that Marques Houston Album Title "Mattress Sex" screams "LAME & TACKY" the Album Cover says "Do Me Now....and I am not talking about the girls. EXTREME ZESTINESS. The album itself is overall solid. I just dont understand how many songs you can make about love making without it becoming so redundant. Yes I get it...you get alot of tail. If you are into that love making R&B, then this is the album for you.

That Girl Is A Monster!

Am I the only 1 who thinks Lady Gaga's new meat look is absolutely DISGUSTING. The Girl is known to continuously shock and grab the worlds attention by wearing super crazy avant garde and edgy costumes. But how long can she continue to be the world's fashion pioneer? I think she is beginning to ask herself the same question, because how desperate do you have to be to wear raw meat and think its ok? I can only imagine what PETA and Animal Rights Activists are thinking. Blacklisted anyone!?
Yes I get it. You want to make a statement. But how far are you willing to go? Her music for the last few years have been nothing less than successful. So why does someone with that much power has to resort to such obscene actions. Let the circus show begin. PS. Her music Kicks Ass. If she continues to wear meat I dont know how much more longer I will continue to be a fan. As Gaga sings in her song..."That Girl Is A Monster."
